Since I have joined the GME lab, one and half year ago, I have worked on the development of an innovative tool for metagenomics called “Genefish” (a specific strain devoted to gene capture).
This project is involved in the European Project METAEXPLORE

I  am also involved in 2 others WP dedicated to the screening of enzymes implicated in the degradation of recalcitrant natural and xenobiotic compounds such as chitinases, laccases, dehalogenases from a  metagenome studied in our lab (from the European reference soil from Rothamsted Park Grass, UK).
